Christ’s method, our model.
The world needs today what it needed two thousand years ago — a revelation of Christ. We don’t want to be another school that teaches about ministry; we want to minister the way Jesus did.
The Saviour mingled with men as one who desired their good, showed sympathy for them, ministered to their needs, and won their confidence. Then He bade them, “Follow Me.”The Ministry of Healing, p. 143
Five movements of Christ’s method
Be present
We go where people are, as friends who desire their good.
Feel with them
We weep with those who weep and rejoice with those who rejoice.
Meet the need
We meet real needs of body, mind, and soul — which is why health runs through everything.
Earn trust
Trust is earned over time, through unselfish, consistent love.
05 · “Follow Me.”
Only then do we invite people to follow Jesus — and we teach them to do the same for others.

We teach personal, medical-missionary ministry — meeting felt needs first, the way Jesus healed before He preached. Health isn’t a side subject here; it’s woven through our outreach and daily life.
Medical missionary work is the pioneer work of the gospel… Often the relief of their physical needs is the only avenue by which they can be approached. The Ministry of Healing, p. 144
With such an army of workers as our youth, rightly trained, might furnish, how soon the message of a crucified, risen, and soon-coming Saviour might be carried to the whole world!Education, p. 271
